Who provides the launcher

Zed Launcher is provided by Bc. Michal Holeček, IČO 30100186, Neznašov 143, 373 02 Všemyslice, CZ, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register. Contact: info@zedlauncher.com.

Using the launcher

Zed Launcher is free. You may install and use it on your own computers. Don’t sell it, modify the installer or publish it elsewhere; link to zedlauncher.com instead.

No warranty

The launcher is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for damage caused by using it. This limitation doesn’t apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to harm to health and other natural rights of a person (Section 2898 of the Czech Civil Code). If you’re a consumer, you keep all rights the law gives you that can’t be limited by contract.

Games, servers and mods

DayZ is a game by Bohemia Interactive. Servers are run by their owners and mods are made by their authors. We don’t control their content or rules. Server rules apply to you the same way as with any other launcher, for example rules about custom crosshairs.

Featured servers

We don’t sell server promotion or ads at the moment. Featured servers are labelled in the launcher and keep their real rank.

Zed Launcher is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and disputes are decided by Czech courts. If you’re a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can also go to the courts where you live. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.gov.cz).
